My name is Melissa, my husband Alvin and I have 6 (SIX!) kids. Emma 20 ( living in Oregon) Charlotte 7, Poppy 5 and TRIPLETS William, Henry and Adeline 2year old.
How old are your multiples (twins, triplets, etc.)?
Our triplets just turned 2 years 12/7!
What part of the valley do you live in?
Central Phx/Biltmore
How long have you been a part of PVMOM?
Over a year joined towards the end of my pregnancy.
What do you like most about being in PVMOM?
Having a community of other moms with multiples. I haven't joined events yet but am looking forward to joining this year.
What do you feel is the most challenging part about having multiples?
I think after the initial shock of TRIPLETS wore off, it was just trying to figure out how we would juggle this many little people. The women who came before me who had multiples, especially triplets, really helped me realize it is doable. I think just in the beginning it all feels so overwhelming and then when you get to their first year you look back with such pride that you did it!
What do you feel is the most magical part about having multiples?
I think they are a miracle! The pregnancy was hard and we had so many dark moments not sure if they would survive or how early they may come and long term fears, 3 months or bedrest in and out of the hospital and NICU time... looking at them now a year old and how wonderful they are doing and how sweet and perfect they are. It's 3X the fun, 3X the hugs, 3X the kisses, 3X the laughs everything is better because of these three!

Crafting, organizing, shopping, hiking, spa days, alone time with my husband and cooking.

What is one tip you would like to share with other moms of multiples that helped you?
Take tons of pictures/videos the good, the bad the ugly! Time goes by even faster with multiples and you will miss it. I love looking back on the journey, it's the a visual diary.
